The Classic Thai Colour-changing flower, Clitoria Terneata. Brewing a Blue colour, this tea will change to pink or purple as its PH changes. Its own musty-floral flavour pairs well with citrus naturally, and makes a great iced treat with sugar and lime juice, called 'nam dok anchan' in Thailand and featured by Cafe Tamaki in West Michigan.
